requirements:
1. must be registered in BAF
2. provide username prior to acquiring sticker from Admins, Mods, BAF/BAC certified members (we will verify with the persons if they did release the sticker to member)
3. Admins, Mods, BAF/BAC certified members who passed out the stickers will need to submit/pm a list of the members they passed the stickers to.
